Six individual cottages in the exclusive grounds of this fine Gothic style manor house. With Panoramic Sea Views, tranquil location in the village conservation area. Quiet walk to South Beach and Tenby town centre. Handy for village shop, 2 pubs serving food and restaurants. Picturesque Penally is in the heart of `Little England Beyond Wales`. Adjacent to the cheerful holiday resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot. A pretty village with panoramic views across the golf course and Giltar point to Carmarthen Bay. It has a 13th century church and a 6th century Celtic cross.
Tenby town centre is 2 kms from the Manor by road or a pleasant walk across the Golf Course and along the South Beach

Cooke`s Villa - Sleeps 5 plus cot in 3 bedrooms.
The Coach House - sleeps 5 plus cot in 3 bedrooms.
The Bungalow - Sleeps 6 plus cot in 3 bedrooms.
Garden Cottage - Sleeps 6 adults in 3 ensuite bedrooms plus 2 cots and a child up to 7 in a small boxroom.

The Manor is easy to find located approximately 200yds west of the main village road There is a bus service to Tenby, Saundersfoot, Haverfordwest, Pembroke and Carmarthen and the bus stop is a 300yd walk, down a slope.
The nearest railway station is Penally.
Within 1 mile of the manor is the Village Store and Two Pubs both serving food, a Restaurant and a Country House Hotel. Orange, Vodafone, O2 and Three Networks are available others maybe however these are the ones we use.

The Cottage is of traditional layout with all of the bedrooms and bathrooms accessed via stairs.
The property is therefore only suitable for guests with reasonable mobility.
B. Access to the Cottages, Parking and Assistance with Luggage
Access to the Cottage is along our tarmacadam drive with plenty parking to the side of the Cottage. Access would be possible for those with reasonable mobility but there are one or two steps to the front door and is not considered suitable for wheelchairs.
Assistance with luggage is always available.
C. Access considerations within the Cottage.
All of the bedrooms and Bathrooms are upstairs and with a traditional bath. These first floor rooms can only be considered suitable for those with reasonable mobility.

All of the rooms are on one floor with a traditional bath.

All of the bedrooms and Main toilet facilities are located on the first floor and the bathroom is fitted with a traditional bath. These first floor rooms are accessed by wide Spiral stairs with 10 treads and can only be considered suitable for those with reasonable mobility.

The bedrooms is accessed up four steps with a hand rail. The cottage has a traditional bath with ashower over and screen, plus W C & W H B, on the ground floor.
